The Creative School Supply Company describes these as 24 brilliant colours that disperse with water. It says the woodless, long lasting pencils give excellent coverage and that the colours bleed and blend. Zart recommends sharpening them with a knife, and notes that being wood free makes them fragile to breaking when dropped or with heavy handed use.
Without a wooden casing the whole pencil is colour, so the side of the point can lay down broad areas as well as lines. Add water and the colour bleeds and blends into a wash. Zart advises handling them with care for long lasting results.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
