Cobalt Blue Hue by the litre for large blue areas

This 1 litre bottle of Cobalt Blue Hue suits school murals, large abstract canvases and backdrops that need plenty of soft violet-leaning blue.

On the bottle label, Cobalt Blue Hue carries a half-filled circle with Semi-Transparent, Lightfastness Rating: 1 and pigments PB.29, PW.6 and PB.15, printed under "Lightfast Heavy Body Acrylic" in the Atelier A2 layout. The swatch reads as a violet-blue that lightens to periwinkle in the scraped band, while the bottle body photographs as a strong mid blue.

Backdrops, skies and large fields of blue use paint quickly, and one litre lets a class or a mural crew work from a single shared source. Decant it into trays as needed and keep the cap on the remainder until the next session.

Give each student a board from classroom canvas boards, keep smocks and aprons by the sink, stock the cupboard from educational supplies, and browse the other litre bottles under acrylic paints to sit beside the cobalt.
