Size 6 Hog Hair Flat Brush for Medium Strokes

X-Press It size 6 hog hair flat brush is a mid-sized flat for broader strokes, blocking in shapes and loading plenty of paint per stroke.

With a size 6, a student can block in a sky behind buildings on an A4 sheet, paint the body of an animal or lay a first coat across a small canvas board. Hog hair holds its spring under heavy acrylic, so strokes stay deliberate. The listing photo shows the timber handle printed 579 F, with assorted hog brushes pictured standing in a glass jar.

A medium head keeps a lesson moving because large areas fill quickly, while the squared edge still tidies the boundaries. The stiff bristle also suits dabbing and stippling textures such as foliage, grass and fur, adding interest without extra tools.

Choose finer and wider sizes from our craft paint brushes, stock up on tubes and pots from acrylic paints, and set up every desk with brush jars, sponges and palettes from painting accessories for messy lessons.
