Earthy leaf-shaped feathers in four natural tones
Zart Trimmed Feathers Natural 20g, supplier code FTZ209, is a 20g pack of feathers trimmed to resemble delicate leaves, in white, black, brown and light brown.
The Creative School Supply Company describes an earthy, natural-toned palette for the classroom or art room. It says the lightweight feathers are easy to manipulate and glue onto surfaces, and lists collage, embellishments, mixed-media artworks and nature-inspired decorative pieces as uses. The supplier also names seasonal, animal-themed and Indigenous art activities, along with storytelling.
The supplier says the neutral colours support a broad range of creative explorations. Overlapping the leaf shapes lets students build up texture on collage and mixed-media pieces, and the earthy tones sit naturally in nature-inspired work. Each pack holds 20g of feathers in the four named tones.
Sorting the four tones into small trays helps students plan their layering. Set out glue and backing card before the lesson. Browse more craft feathers, educational craft supplies, craft glues and the wider Zart range.
