An 18 gauge, 38mm Agani needle moves liquid quickly and cleanly out of a vial, which is exactly the job a fine injecting needle is bad at.

Drawing through a 30 or 31 gauge needle is slow and puts the plunger under real strain. A wide-bore drawing needle solves that in seconds, and because it never touches skin the gauge costs the user nothing in comfort. Terumo colour-codes the hub pink for 18G so it is identified at a glance in a tray of mixed sizes.

Each needle is individually packed and sterile, with a moulded rigid protector that holds the point true until the moment of use. The transparent hub lets you see flashback and confirm the connection is seated.

Supplied in a box of 100. Pair it with a luer lock syringe and swap to a fine needle before administering.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
