Scale Ruler From Detail Drawings To Site Plans

Staedtler 961 80-2AS is an Academy oval scale ruler with 300mm scales: 1:1, 1:5, 1:10 and 1:100 on the front, 1:20, 1:200, 1:50 and 1:500 on the back.

Eight ratios on one ruler take a student from a full-size detail through to a small site plan without changing tools. 1:5 and 1:10 cover joinery and construction details, 1:20 and 1:50 suit floor plans and sections, and 1:100 to 1:500 handle building layouts and blocks of land. Ratios sit in pairs on each edge, such as 1:20 with 1:200, so one set of graduations serves two scales.

Staedtler sell the Academy line as an inexpensive range of quality scale rulers for students, durable and with long lasting graduations. Its oval profile carries four usable edges.
