Jade Green, A Cooler Green For Tropical Leaves And Fresh Colour Schemes

Staedtler 371-506 brings colour 506 jade green to the pigment brush pen 371 range, and this listing gives you 10 of them.

Jade sits on the cool side of green. On Staedtler's barrel photo it reads as a soft sea green, lighter than 5 green and fresher than 57 olive green. That makes it a natural choice for succulents, monstera and fern leaves, glassy water, and colour schemes that pair green with teal or turquoise. In journals and on cards it gives a calm accent that still stands out against black text.

Staedtler's Multi Ink is translucent, so a second layer of jade over a dried first coat gives a richer shade, and a tip-to-tip blend with 5 green shades a leaf in one stroke. Staedtler list the ink as fast drying, permanent, waterproof and lightfast, and say it will not show through on the reverse of artist papers.

Pair it with brush markers, visual art diaries and the rest of the Staedtler colouring range.
