A Counter Display Of 280 Pigment Arts Pens

Staedtler 37 CA280 is a Pigment Arts pen display that Staedtler's Australian price list describes as 280 assorted colours, supplied as one unit.

It suits a shop counter, a university or TAFE art store, or a school art room that wants the Multi Ink range on hand in one go rather than box by box. Our photo shows a printed carton with clear hexagonal trays, the pens sorted by colour, and each group of trays marked with a small tip pictogram. Staedtler make Multi Ink in four pen models: the 371 brush pen with a medium-strength tip, the 372 with a softer brush, the 375 calligraphy pen at about 2.0mm and the 376 pigment pen at about 1.0mm in black.

Every pen shares Multi Ink. Staedtler call this translucent pigment India ink permanent, waterproof when dry, strongly resistant to fading and clean on the back of the sheet. Staedtler do not publish how the 280 pens split by model or colour, so treat the photo as a guide to the layout rather than a count.

Related ranges: brush pens, calligraphy pens, art markers and art and craft supplies.

FAQs

Staedtler describe it only as 280 assorted colours and do not publish a breakdown by pen model or colour, so the exact mix cannot be confirmed from their listing.
Staedtler list four: the 371 brush pen, the 372 soft brush pen, the 375 calligraphy pen with a line of about 2.0mm and the 376 pigment pen with a line of about 1.0mm.
One display. Staedtler Australia sell 37 CA280 as a single unit with a minimum order of one.
Many single colours of the 371, 372, 375 and 376 pens are listed as separate ten-pen boxes, along with smaller boxed sets.
Staedtler give Germany as the country of manufacture on their pages for the 371, 372 and 376 pens. They publish no product page for the display itself.
