Four Broad Colours In A Wallet That Becomes A Stand

Staedtler 312 WP4 is a wallet of 4 Lumocolor non-permanent broad pens in red, blue, green and black.

Four colours are enough to separate headings, notes, corrections and highlights on a transparency or a laminated chart. The broad B tip writes approx. 1.0 or 2.5 mm per Staedtler, bold enough to be read across a classroom or meeting room.

Staedtler's own summary: a universal pen that marks almost anything, made for OHP use. The water-soluble ink sets fast and lifts from transparency film with a wet cloth. Barrel and cap are polypropylene for a long working life, the nib is locked in place, and the pens equalise pressure so they travel by air without leaking.

Each pen has a PP barrel and cap, a locked tip and automatic pressure equalisation so it will not leak when flown. Spent pens can be topped up from the 487 15 refill stations in the matching colours.

Staedtler say the ink wipes off film with a damp cloth and from many smooth surfaces. Laminates vary, so test on a corner before relying on it.
Staedtler state that black is lightfast. They make no lightfast claim for the red, blue or green.
