The Staedtler Mars Lumograph 100-4B is a 4B graphite pencil, a popular soft grade in the Mars Lumograph range, supplied in a box of 12 for artists, fine art students and illustrators who need a reliably soft grade for tonal work, blending and expressive art.
4B is the most commonly requested soft grade in art pencil sets after 2B - soft enough to produce clearly dark tonal values with moderate pressure, but with enough body in the graphite to blend smoothly and respond to eraser techniques for lightening tones and creating texture. At 4B the line is noticeably darker and broader than 2B, with a softer feel that makes it preferred for portrait shadow work, landscape tonal gradients and expressive gesture drawing. It holds a reasonable point for its softness - finer than 6B or 8B. The professional Mars Lumograph SV micro-grain compound maintains its characteristic smooth, consistent quality throughout the range. Box of 12.

For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered.
