Spirax 553 is a 279 x 144mm carbonless cash receipt book with four receipt forms on each page and a copy of every receipt kept in the book.

A tall, narrow page holding four receipts suits places that take cash all day: school offices, clubs, fetes, tradespeople and small shops. Each receipt has lines for the date, received from, the sum of, being for, the dollar amount and a signature, so the payer leaves with a written record. The cover also has date from and to lines for noting the period a finished book covers.

ACCO list a protector board to stop writing marking the forms underneath, perforated sheets for tearing the original out, and spiral binding that folds back on itself. Please note the number of sets: the ACCO listing and the printed cover give different figures for this code, so we have not quoted one here.
