Spirax 552 is a 279 x 144mm carbonless petty cash book holding 160 duplicate sets, printed four vouchers to a page, with a reconciliation schedule.

A petty cash tin only balances when every withdrawal has a slip. Each voucher in this book records the date, account number, particulars and amount in dollars and cents, with a signature line, a total and a carried forward balance. The sample voucher on the cover shows a printed number on each one. The cover notes a reconciliation schedule for checking the float against the vouchers written.

ACCO list NCR paper, so the copy is made as you write, a protector board to stop the writing going through to the next set, spiral binding that folds back, and perforated pages. With four vouchers to a page and 160 sets, one book covers a lot of small purchases.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
