Spirax 556 is a carbonless delivery docket book measuring 207 x 144mm, with 50 duplicate sets and a spiral binding.

When goods change hands away from the office, a signed docket is often the only record that they arrived. The form printed in this book lists order number, delivery number, from and to, then quantity and description lines under the words the following items in good order and condition. There are separate signature boxes for the supplier and the recipient, so both sides sign the same sheet.

The original can go with the customer or back to the office while the copy stays bound in the book. ACCO list a protector board to keep pen pressure off the next set, perforated forms and a spiral that lets the cover fold under. At 207 x 144mm it sits comfortably on a clipboard or in a door pocket.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
