The Heavy Duty Carded Key Reel

The Rexel 9800402 arrives on a card printed heavy duty, carrying a tighter cord tension than the standard reel in a black metal body.

The blister card Rexel put this code on reads Retractable - Heavy Duty Key Holder, and underneath that Rexel print, tighter cord tension for heavy duty applications. That is their own wording on their own packaging and it is the clearest statement of what separates this code from the loose metal reel. ACCO Australia publish the same cord reach of 70cm and the same 26mm split ring.

A firmer return keeps the cord short and the bunch close to the body, which is the practical effect of the tension Rexel print on the card. The black finish stays discreet on a uniform, and the hanging card makes the code easy to hold as counter stock.

Line it up against the rest of the retractable key holders, browse the wider key accessories range, check real estate office supplies for property and inspection kit, or see the whole Rexel range.

FAQs

Rexel print it on the card, as Retractable - Heavy Duty Key Holder with tighter cord tension for heavy duty applications. It is a firmer return spring, not a different cord length or a strength rating. Rexel publish no breaking strain or load figure for the code and neither do we.
Cord and ring are the same, 70cm and 26mm on ACCO Australia's pages for both. The differences are the packaging and the tension wording, because this code is carded and Rexel print heavy duty on it, while AA9800702 is supplied loose with a chrome faced body.
Black. The reel shown on the Rexel card for this code is black, which matches the photographs on this page.
One. The card holds a single reel. Rexel publish no carton quantity for the code, so we do not state one.
Rexel describe this code as a key holder and fit it with a split ring rather than a strap or a card clip. For a card, the retractable card holders in the same Rexel ID range are the right choice.
