Yes. The same charcoal reel is stocked as a pack of twelve under AA9806111, which ACCO list against manufacturer number 9806011. AA9806112 is a different article: ACCO describe it with a snap hook and a nylon cord extending up to 70cm, and Rexel's photograph of it shows a press stud strap rather than the 25mm key ring on this reel.
No. The reel is supplied on its own. The gate will clip onto a lanyard if you already have one, and Rexel lanyards are stocked separately.
