The Panaro MAX520STR is the cubed foam MAX520 in its trolley shell: pick and pluck foam below, convoluted foam above, and a pull-up handle with wheels for longer distances.

Mark out your equipment and remove cubes until every piece sits in its own recess. Working space is 520 x 290 x 200 mm; Panaro quote this wheeled shell at 585 x 361 x 238 mm, 5.10 kg empty.

The MAX520TR is injection moulded in Italy from polypropylene, with its trolley parts in metal and plastic and wheels on stainless pins. Panaro list ATA 300 for air transport and IP67 for sealing on this shell.

Same foam and interior; the STR adds the wheels and extendable handle, which makes the shell 585 x 361 x 238 mm outside.
Panaro offer cubed foam kits for the MAX520, and the case also takes their divider and tool interiors.
It carries an IP67 certificate from Panaro, and a self-venting valve lets the pressure equalise so the lid still opens easily after a flight.

For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
