Tan Field Case With Cubed Foam

The Panaro MAX505S in sahara is a desert tan MAX505 with pick and pluck cubed foam, a low-key choice for optics, drones and survey gear carried among other field equipment.

Sahara is the tan Panaro use alongside black, orange and green. It does not shout like orange, so it suits hunting and outdoor kit, defence training stores and anything that travels in a canvas-lined vehicle. The foam set is Panaro's standard for this size: 20 mm underneath, a pair of 55 mm cube layers, and 50 mm of convoluted foam on the lid.

With 500 x 350 x 194 mm inside, a rangefinder, spotting scope or compact drone has room for a snug pocket each. Nylon double throw latches seal the lid on its O-ring, the valve vents pressure after altitude changes, and the shell stacks and interlocks with other MAX cases. IP67 is certified for this model, and Panaro also attach reports to STANAG 4280 and DEF STAN 81-41, to MIL-STD-810H and to ATA 300. Made in Italy.
