The MAX505 In A Low-Key Sand Colour

Sahara is Panaro's sand tone for the MAX505, an empty watertight case that sits quietly in the bush, the desert or the back of a field vehicle.

Hunters, surveyors, film crews on location and defence users often prefer a muted case to bright orange or plain black, and the Sahara finish also hides dust better. The case comes with an open interior so it can take a cut foam inlay, a Panaro foam or divider kit, or simply a load of loose equipment.

Panaro measure the interior at 500 x 350 x 194 mm, with a 58 mm lid and a 136 mm base, for 33.95 litres; outside it measures 555 x 428 x 211 mm. Panaro quote 3.90 kg. Panaro mould the Sahara shell from polypropylene, close it with nylon latches over a polymer O-ring, and add a pressure valve, strap and padlock holes and stacking ribs. Sahara or not, the MAX505 is covered by IP67 and ATA 300 certificates from Panaro, with MIL-STD-810, STANAG 4280 and DEF STAN 81-41 test results, and is made in Italy.

Delivery time depends on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout. For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
