MAX003 With Egg-Crate Foam Top And Bottom

The MAX003VGPB pairs the slim black MAX003 with convoluted foam in both halves, so a fragile item rides between two profiled layers with no cutting or plucking needed.

Panaro's foam sheet for the MAX003 shows the GPB set as a 35 mm convoluted layer in the base and a 15 mm convoluted layer in the lid. The peaks compress around whatever you lay on them, which suits loads that change from trip to trip. The shell is 350 x 230 x 59 mm outside and 316 x 195 x 53 mm inside, and Panaro list this version at 0.54 kg.

CMC tested the MAX003 shell to IP67 under EN 60529 (the report is issued for the MAX003V). The GPB datasheet repeats the core MAX points, a watertight lid, an auto pressure release valve and stacking ribs, with -10 to 80 °C as the working range.

Use it for a small instrument, sensor, lens in a pouch or a sample that must not rattle. When one item always travels in the same spot, cubed foam (MAX003S) lets you pluck a fixed outline instead.

Convoluted foam has a wavy, peaked surface like an egg tray. Laid in both halves of the case, the peaks press around an item and hold different shapes without any cutting.
Panaro's MAX003 foam sheet gives the GPB set as 35 mm in the base and 15 mm in the lid.
V is the empty MAX003V shell and GPB is the convoluted foam set fitted to it. Panaro's own page lists this configuration as MAX003GPB.
This listing is the case with the GPB foam fitted. If you would prefer pick and pluck foam, the MAX003S has cubed foam in the base.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
