The NIO Trainer and Reload Kit for Adults is a dedicated needleless intraosseous training system that allows emergency responders to develop and maintain proficiency in intraosseous access technique without the risk associated with live needle devices.

NIO (New Intraosseous Device) is an automatic, single-step intraosseous device used in pre-hospital and emergency settings to rapidly establish vascular access when IV access is not achievable. The NIO Trainer replicates the form, feel, and deployment action of the live NIO device, allowing clinicians and paramedics to practise needle placement, device activation, and correct technique in a realistic but safe training environment. The kit includes 2 training guns and a reload mechanism to support repeated practice across training sessions.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
