The NIO Simulation Training Device for Adults is a purpose-built, needleless training device that replicates the insertion technique, resistance feedback, and deployment mechanism of the NIO (New Intraosseous) adult intraosseous access device, providing a safe, repeatable training platform for developing IO access proficiency without using sterile operational devices or cadaveric specimens.
The NIO is a spring-loaded intraosseous access device that delivers consistent needle insertion force with a single trigger deployment. Developing proficiency with the NIO requires practice of the preparation, positioning, and trigger deployment steps under simulated bone resistance to build the technique and muscle memory needed for confident operational deployment. The simulation training device provides all of these elements without the cost and single-use nature of the operational NIO device.
The adult size replicates the tibial insertion technique for adult patients. Suitable for use on IO training pads, arm simulators, and practice legs. The needleless training design ensures safe, repeatable use by students at all experience levels.
Suitable for IO access training programmes using the NIO adult device, pre-hospital and hospital resuscitation team NIO skills training, advanced first aid and paramedic training programmes, and any programme requiring an NIO adult simulation training device.

For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered.
