The NIO SIM Demo Leg Paediatric is a full-leg paediatric simulation model designed for hands-on NIO intraosseous (IO) device insertion training on a realistic anatomical paediatric leg, providing trainers and clinical educators with a high-fidelity simulation platform for IO access skills development in paediatric first response and clinical scenarios.
The full-leg paediatric model provides a more anatomically complete simulation environment than a bone model alone - trainees must identify the correct insertion landmark (the proximal tibia), position the leg correctly, and apply the NIO device at the appropriate insertion angle while managing the physical dimensions of a paediatric leg. These positioning and landmark identification skills are inseparable from the insertion technique itself and cannot be fully trained on a standalone bone model. The full-leg format allows these skills to be trained together in a single simulation exercise.
The paediatric sizing provides the scaled anatomy appropriate for IO access training in the neonatal and paediatric patient population, where the smaller bone dimensions and different anatomical landmarks compared to adult IO access require specific skills training to develop competency for paediatric emergency response.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
