Bonded Leather Executive Seating for Meeting Rooms

The Mondo Plato 125-BL3 is a black executive chair with arms, upholstered in what Buro describe as bonded leather over a foam padded seat and back.

Buro pitch the Plato at meeting rooms and executive offices, and Buro list a synchronised back and seat tilt with body weight tension adjustment in its feature list. Buro list a seat 530 mm wide and 485 mm deep that rises from 480 to 570 mm on its gas lift. The back has horizontal stitched panels, as our product photographs show.

Buro's black bonded leather and the stitched back give a meeting room a more formal look than a fabric task chair. Buro's Plato figures are a 100 kg weight rating and 6 to 8 indicative hours a day, backed by a 6 year guarantee that excludes upholstery.

For a boardroom or a manager's office, compare it with other executive office chairs, see the full Mondo range or protect carpet under the castors with chair mats for carpet.

FAQs

Buro describe the upholstery as bonded leather, and that is the only description Buro publish. Buro give no further breakdown of the material, so ask us if you need more detail.
Buro's feature list and spec sheet describe a synchronised back and seat tilt with body weight tension adjustment, and the specification table names a butterfly mechanism. The same table lists back tilt as not adjustable, so ask us to confirm with Buro if the back movement matters to you.
No. Buro list the Plato arms as not height adjustable.
Buro rate the Plato to 100 kg for an indicative 6 to 8 seated hours in a day.
Buro list GREENGUARD for the Plato, but the certificate Buro link on the product page shows a certificate period ending 20 Nov 2024, so we do not state a current certification. Ask us and we will request an up to date certificate from Buro.
