Pocket Sized Sums For The Counter, Classroom Or Car

Marbig 97610 is a black 8 digit pocket calculator with dual solar and battery power, a 3 key memory and a body ACCO list at just 7mm thick.

Some calculations happen away from a desk: checking a delivery at the loading dock, adding up a market stall float, pricing a job on site or working through maths homework on the bus. ACCO describe this model as extra slim and lightweight, listed at 70mm wide and 115mm deep, so it goes into a shirt pocket, pencil case or glovebox without adding bulk.

The 8 digit display is described by ACCO as extra large for its size. Along the top of the keypad sit the memory keys (MRC, M- and M+), with percentage and square root keys to the right and a red ON/C key on the left, as shown in their photo. Power comes from a solar strip beside the Marbig logo, backed by a battery for low light.

FAQs

ACCO list it at 70mm wide, 115mm deep and 7mm thick and describe it as fitting easily into a pocket.
Yes. It is solar powered, and ACCO say the battery backup keeps it running in low light.
Yes. The Marbig 97620 pocket mini is the smaller of the two pocket sizes in this range.
No. The keypad covers memory, percent and square root but has no tax keys. The Marbig 97650 desktop model is the one in this range with GST keys.
That depends on the school or exam body rules, which ACCO do not address. Check the approved calculator list before exam day.
