A Compact 8 Digit Calculator for Everyday Office and Home Sums

The Jastek Compact Calculator 0398420 is a small 8 digit desktop model with a blue display surround and blue keys on a white body, sized for a reception counter, a home desk or a drawer between uses.

ACCO Brands Australia, which distributes Jastek, lists dual power from solar and battery, an LR1130 battery included and durable plastic keys for this model. The keypad in the product photo shows the memory keys MC, MR, M- and M+, with percentage, square root and sign change keys beside a large plus key, which covers totals, percentages and running sums kept in memory.

The C8 model mark printed beside the display makes the model easy to identify when matching calculators across several desks. ACCO Brands Australia lists a 3 year warranty on the 0398420, and its durable plastic keys suit a counter where several people key in figures through the day.

Compare it with the metal topped model in our desktop calculators range, see every model in office calculators, or add receipt and cash books from our bookkeeping supplies for the same front counter.

FAQs

Yes. ACCO Brands Australia lists an LR1130 battery as included and lists dual power from solar and battery for this model.
No GST or tax key is shown on the keypad in the product photo. It has percentage and memory keys, so a GST amount can be worked out as a percentage.
ACCO Brands Australia lists both as 8 digit models with an LR1130 battery and a 3 year warranty. The 0308500 has a metal top, while the 0398420 has a white body with a blue display surround and the C8 model mark.
No exam approval is listed for the 0398420, which is a basic 8 digit calculator. ACCO Brands Australia lists exam approval for the Jastek CS1 Scientific Calculator 0308540, so check your school list against that model instead.
On its product page ACCO Brands Australia gives the C8 coded 0398420 a 3 year warranty term.
