Four Holes In One Pass For 4 Ring Binders

Maped 8400111 is a black four hole punch from the Office Essentials range, rated by ACCO at up to 12 sheets and cutting 5.5mm holes.

A 4 ring binder only closes cleanly when every sheet is punched to the same pattern. This punch does all four holes in one press, so there is no second pass to line up. ACCO describe the paper guide as ultra readable and list an anti jamming system to keep the stroke clean.

A semi automatic locking button keeps the long body closed when it goes back on the shelf. The confetti trap empties from the front, so the punch does not need to be turned over to clear it. The box is marked Metal and carries a 10/12 sheet icon alongside the Essentials name.

ACCO rate it at up to 12 sheets. The box icon reads 10/12; ACCO do not say which paper weight each number refers to.
ACCO publish a spacing figure that does not fit a four hole punch, so we have left it out. Check your binder against the punch before a large run if spacing matters.
It punches four holes, which is more than a two ring binder needs. Maped 8404411 is the two hole model in the same range.
The confetti trap empties from the front of the base, so there is no need to tip the punch over.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
