4 Hole Paper Punches

Four holes exist because two are not enough once a document is opened and closed every day — the extra pair spreads the load along the page edge so sheets resist tearing out. It is the standard for A4 training manuals, policy sets and anything living in a lever arch binder in constant use. Match the punch to the binder you already own before buying, since four-hole sheets will not fit two-ring binders.
