The point of a magnetic ruler is that it stays where you put it. Draw a line, step back, talk to the class, come back - it has not slid down the board. That is the entire product, and it works well.

The catch: not every whiteboard is magnetic. The supplier is upfront about this - the magnets hold the ruler firmly to the board IF the board is metal-based. Painted, melamine and glass whiteboards are not, and the ruler will simply fall off them. Check yours with a fridge magnet before you order.

Only if the board is metal-based. Test it with a fridge magnet before you order - if the magnet holds, the ruler will. Painted, melamine and glass boards are not magnetic and the ruler will fall off.
So it stays square. A ruler held by one magnet swings around that point the moment somebody drags a pencil along it. Two strips hold the line.
The supplier states metres and centimetres. They do not mention millimetre graduations, so do not assume them - ask us and we will confirm before you order if you need them.
They can, but it is a metre long and made for the board. For desk work a 30cm ruler is the right tool.
If the surface holds a fridge magnet, yes. The ruler does not care what the surface is for, only whether it is ferrous.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
