Smooth, powder-based Chromaflow pencils in Periwinkle

Chromaflow colour 1230, Periwinkle, is a highly pigmented Derwent coloured pencil with a 3.5mm core, sold here in sixes.

Periwinkle is colour number 1230 in Derwent Chromaflow, a range of 150 coloured pencils. Like the rest of the range, Periwinkle is powder-based, with a 3.5mm core and a smooth laydown. Because the pencils are highly pigmented, Derwent says the colours stand out well on black and mid-tone paper. The range is also erasable, which makes it possible to lift highlights out of a layer of Periwinkle. According to Derwent, the cores handle pressure both when sharpening and while drawing.

We sell it as a box of 6, every pencil in Periwinkle. The Blue Wool rating printed for Periwinkle is 7, out of a top grade of 8. Quote our code AA2306058 or Derwent code 2306058 on purchase orders. In Derwent's range features table, Chromaflow scores 5 for blendable and colour intensity, and 4 for erasable, layering and point strength.
