A box of 6 Derwent Chromaflow Carbon Grey pencils

Restock Carbon Grey on its own: a box of 6 Derwent Chromaflow coloured pencils, colour number 2140.

Derwent lists Carbon Grey as colour 2140 of the 150 in its Chromaflow range. Derwent notes that Chromaflow can be erased, so highlights can be worked back into a drawing. Every Chromaflow pencil is powder-based, with a smooth texture and a 3.5mm core. Derwent describes the pencils as highly pigmented and says the colours stand out well on black and mid-tone paper.

For orders, use AA2306091 (our code) or 2306091 (Derwent). Each box contains 6 Carbon Grey pencils, colour number 2140. On the Blue Wool scale Derwent uses, graded 0 to 8, colour 2140 is rated 5. The specifications list the Derwent range ratings, including 5 for blendable and 4 for erasable.

More artist colour pencils, including other Chromaflow colours, sit in our Coloured Pencils collection. For the rest of an art room or studio order, see the drawing and sketching lines in Pencils and general stock in Writing Supplies.
