A box of Derwent Inktense Navy Blue

Box of six: Derwent Inktense Navy Blue, colour 0830. Dried colour is not dissolved by later layers.

Inktense is formulated to act like ink in pencil form. Navy Blue is colour 0830 in Derwent Inktense, a range of 100 water-soluble pencils. After drying, the colour stays put and does not wash out, leaving earlier layers intact under new ones. Derwent lists it for paper and fabrics, and says it can be applied to many porous surfaces including ceramic and wood.

Colour can be used dry or mixed with water, Derwent says. Order with our code AA2301873 or Derwent code 2301873. Each box we supply contains 6 Navy Blue pencils. The colours are water-soluble and, per Derwent, dry permanently.

Both Watercolour & Inktense Pencils and Derwent Artist Pencils include Derwent ranges that can go on the same order. The Inktense Pencils page shows the Inktense pencils we stock, including this colour and its neighbours.
