Pine Green for Conifers and Christmas Designs
Pine Green is a deep forest green for conifers, Christmas trees, wreaths and shaded woodland scenes.
On the swatch, Pine Green is a deep forest green with an olive tone, darker than a leaf green but not as close to black as Hookers Green. The dark label band lists Vert de Pin, Tannengrün and Verde Pino, with a Series 1 mark. Painters reach for it for pine and fir trees, Christmas wreaths, holly leaves, alpine scenes and shaded woodland.
Pine Green provides a ready festive green for seasonal work, so trees and wreaths stay consistent across a batch of ornaments. The 75ml tube suits Christmas projects and December classes, and it packs easily alongside the reds, whites and golds of a holiday kit.
Pair Pine Green with reds and golds from acrylic paints, stipple needles with a fan from craft paint brushes, and gather wooden ornaments and baubles from art and craft supplies for festive painting.
