Indian Yellow for Golden Light and Warm Florals
Indian Yellow is a warm golden yellow for sunflowers, sunlight, golden fields and glowing highlights on decorative work.
The brushed swatch of Indian Yellow is a rich golden yellow, warmer than lemon and close to marigold. Its golden label band names it Jaune Indien, Indischgelb and Amarillo Indio, with a Series 1 mark and an open circle symbol. A US item number is printed along the band edge. Painters reach for Indian Yellow for sunflowers, daffodils, golden fields, sunlight on leaves and warm glows in skies.
Indian Yellow is a go-to warm yellow for florals and landscapes, so a 75ml tube suits steady use. It sits comfortably in a studio box or travel tin, and the bright band makes it easy to find among cooler yellows.
Pair Indian Yellow with greens and oranges from acrylic paints, choose a round brush in craft paint brushes, and find blanks and vases in art and craft supplies.
