Green Oxide Earthy Green for Natural Foliage
Green Oxide is an earthy olive green suited to natural foliage, landscapes, herbs and country style designs.
On the swatch, Green Oxide is an earthy, slightly olive grass green, softer than a bright leaf colour. Its olive label band lists Vert Oxyde, Oxidgrün and Verde Oxido beneath the name, with a Series 1 mark. It suits gum leaves, herbs, hedges, landscape middle grounds and folk art leaves that should look natural rather than bright, as well as country kitchen pieces and garden signs.
Green Oxide gives a natural mid green straight from the tube, so foliage looks believable without extra work. The 75ml size suits regular landscape and decorative use, and the tube is easy to pack for plein air outings or weekly classes.
Use Green Oxide with lighter greens and earths from acrylic paints, choose fan and round brushes from craft paint brushes, and pick canvas boards from classroom canvas boards.
