Cadmium Yellow Medium for Sunflowers and Wattle
Cadmium Yellow Medium is a rich sunflower yellow that sits between the light and deep cadmium yellows, warm enough for wattle and sunflowers.
The sunflower yellow band spells out CADMIUM YELLOW MEDIUM, a solid circle and Series 4, with Kadmiumgelb Mittel, Jaune de Cadmium Moyen and Amarillo de Cadmio Mediano in smaller print. Our product title shortens Medium to Med, but the tube prints it in full. Atelier, Fine Artists' Paint and Est. 1965 fill the dark middle section, with Interactive Acrylic and Unlockable Formula below.
Sunlit landscapes, cheerful still life and golden wattle studies suit a middle yellow that is neither lemony nor orange. The 80ml tube supplies plenty for regular painting and still fits in a travel bag, and its yellow band is easy to spot.
Cadmium Yellow Medium is code AI22090 in Series 4. For the rest of a sunny palette, see other acrylic colours, acrylic mediums and paint brushes, plus art paper and canvas.
