Fresh Lemony Yellow for Bright Light and Flowers

Atelier Interactive Cadmium Yellow Light from Chroma supplies 250ml of a clean, lemony yellow for bright light, spring flowers and fresh greens on larger works.

The lower grey strip of this label reads Cadmium Yellow Light, under a white panel marked Interactive Artists' Acrylic. The hero swatch photographs as a clean, bright yellow with a lemony freshness, and the brush-out fades to an almost white lemon at the thin end. Lemons, buttercups, morning light, spring leaves and cheerful nursery colour suit it.

Light yellows are easy to overwhelm, so painters often need more of them than expected. The 250ml jar of Cadmium Yellow Light allows for that, loading a big brush through the wide mouth, and the black screw lid keeps it clean.

Spring palettes built around Cadmium Yellow Light usually add fresh greens and a warm yellow, all available in our acrylic paints section. Browse painting mediums for layering, and AI21970 surfaces in art paper and canvas.
