C4 is 229 x 324mm under ISO 216 and it takes an A4 sheet, which is 210 x 297mm, flat and unfolded. That is the whole reason the size exists. It also takes A5 and A4 folded once with room to spare. If you are folding A4 in three you want a DL envelope instead, not this one.

DPID stands for Delivery Point Identifier, which Australia Post defines as "an eight digit number that uniquely identifies a physical point to which Australia Post delivers mail". A DPID window is the trade name for a window sized and placed so a barcoded address block printed on the enclosure shows through it. Australia Post states that "the barcodes can be read accurately through envelope window panels" and specifies where a barcode must sit on the article, but it publishes no envelope window dimension or position standard, so we do not describe this window as meeting one.

Australia Post publishes placement rules for the barcode itself rather than for the window. Its customer barcoding specification requires a barcode no less than 15mm from the bottom edge and no less than 15mm from either side, and its envelope zones page reserves a 15mm strip along the bottom edge and up the right edge as a keep clear zone. Those are the figures an address block needs to be checked against before a barcoded run is committed.

A secretive envelope carries an opaque printed pattern on the inside of the paper so the contents cannot be read through the envelope when it is held up to light. It is the feature to look for when the enclosure carries names, account numbers, salary figures or medical detail. Candida's own stock range list marks its C4 pocket codes as non secretive and leaves its C4 wallet codes unmarked, which is how the range distinguishes them.

Not in its own paperwork. Candida's stock envelope range list describes code 9360 as a 38 x 95mm window wallet and its window specification sheet gives the same window as 95 x 38mm at 67mm from the left and 25mm from the bottom. Neither document uses the term DPID. The term is trade usage for a window at this size and position, and ACCO applies it to the equivalent Cumberland window. We keep it in the title because that is what buyers search for, and we do not attach a postal standard to it.

Code 9362 is the same C4 secretive wallet in the same 100gsm stock with the same peel and seal closure, with no window. Code 9322 is the same envelope again with a lick and stick gummed flap instead. The window is the only difference between 9360 and 9362, and the seal type is the only difference between 9362 and 9322. All three are boxes of 250.

Candida Stationery Limited holds a current FSC chain of custody certificate, number SGSHK-COC-005293 issued by SGS Hong Kong Limited, and a current PEFC chain of custody certificate, number SGSCH-PEFC-COC-510002 issued by SGS under PEFC ST 2002 and valid to October 2028. Both are company level certificates. The FSC certificate operates on the transfer system and the PEFC certificate on the physical separation method, which means a certified holder may sell both certified and non certified product. Candida's own stock envelope range list carries no certified claim against this code, so we do not sell it as an FSC or PEFC certified envelope.

No shipping weight and no EAN are published for this code, so both are left unset rather than filled with an estimate or a guessed number. We can confirm either with Candida on request.
