According to ACCO, an open 579 does not dry out for up to 48 hours, thanks to the dry safe ink.

We make no odour claim for the 579. ACCO's marketing says low odour, while the ACCO Safety Data Sheet dated 15 Jan 2024 records a solvent odour and classes the liquid ink as highly flammable. Read the attached SDS before storing a large quantity.
