No. This is the standard 200 purple, code 120006. ACCO Australia list the 200 Bright purple under a different code, so check the code when ordering.
ACCO Australia's page gives code 120006 a 0.4mm line width and the same nib size, in line with the 0.4mm marking on the box.
ACCO Australia's copy says that the water-based ink will not even bleed through thin paper, but Artline's own site settles for less likely to bleed through paper that is 110gsm or above. Lighter paper deserves a quick test.
