ACCO Australia list code 120016 as Magenta in their Artline 200 range. Their page mentions a plastic barrel and a fine 0.4mm plastic tip, and calls the ink instant drying and blur proof. The code is 120016 and ACCO Australia name it Magenta, and the top label in their photograph reads MAGENTA. A side label in the same photograph reads RED, which we have flagged for checking.
ACCO Australia put it firmly: the water-based ink will not even bleed through thin paper. Artline's own site is less absolute and describes the ink as less likely to bleed through paper that is 110gsm or above.
