The Zions CVSFR-K Visitors Pass Kit puts a register of 250 visitor passes, a black Visitors binder and 25 plastic wallets with clips in a single order, so a reception desk can start a pass system from day one.

Setting up a sign in system from separate parts means matching a register to a binder and finding holders that suit the passes. The kit does that matching for you. The register is the Zions visitors pass and fire register, where each slip records the visit and carries a numbered VISITOR pass, and its security format, in Zions words, stops earlier sign ins being seen by the next visitor.

The binder keeps the register flat and tidy on the counter, with brass corners and a gold Visitors title. The wallets give each visitor a clear holder with a clip, so the pass can be clipped to clothing and handed back at reception on the way out.

With 25 wallets, up to 25 visitors can wear a pass at the same time. When the 250 passes are used, refill with the CVSFR register rather than buying a second kit.
