Numbered Visitor Passes With The Sign In Built Into Each One

Zions CVSFR is a visitors pass and fire register holding 250 numbered pass slips, 25 to a view, laid out in a security format so a new arrival cannot read who signed in before them.

An open visitors book shows every name, company and time on the page to the next person holding the pen. Zions describe this format as one where no one can see who has signed in previously, and they state it complies with WHS Regulations and the Privacy Act.

Each slip carries its own sign in strip for date, name, company, the person being visited, signature and time in. The pass panel reads VISITOR with a red printed pass number and asks the wearer to keep it on while on the premises and to sign out at reception before leaving. Beside it, a notice covers health and safety, emergency procedures, incidents and smoking, and the right hand column records each pass number with a time out.

The sheets are punched down the left edge to sit in the Zions BCVSFR binder, sold separately, and 25 clip wallets are available to hold passes while they are worn.
