Zions 22T is a carbonless triplicate restaurant docket book with 25 numbered sets, each docket 200 x 95mm with 22 lines.

Where an order has to reach the kitchen, the bar and the till, one handwritten docket now produces all three. The sample set shows a white top sheet over pale yellow and pale green copies, each carrying the same red number, so staff at every station can match their slip to the table.

The layout follows the long Zions format: a tax invoice heading with a menu board graphic, boxes for table number, persons, date, time and server, then 22 order lines with shaded money columns. Food and drinks are totalled separately above a total including GST, with a thank you line at the foot.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
