Count The Till The Same Way Every Night

Zions DCR is a daily cash register record pad for balancing a till at close: each 50 sheet pad gives one form per register count, sized 130 x 100mm.

A written count sheet turns the end of day cash up into a routine that anyone on the roster can follow. The form starts with date, till number and location, then a takings table where each note and coin denomination from $100 down to 5c gets a count and a value, adding to total cash.

Beside it, cheques and charge cards are entered with cash to reach total takings, which is then set against the register reading to show the amount over or under. The sheet finishes with the cashier, the reset number and a checked by line, so a second person can sign off the count. The Note Group describe the pad as able to be signed by the cashier.
