Four Coloured Copies From A Single Order

Zions 15Q is a carbonless quadruplicate restaurant docket book: 25 numbered sets, each producing four copies in white, yellow, pale green and pink.

Four parts suit venues where one order is read in several places at once. A typical split sends one sheet to the kitchen, one to the bar, one to the cashier and leaves one in the book as the audit copy, and the colours make it obvious at a glance which sheet belongs where. No carbon paper is involved, as the cover says carbonless.

Every sheet repeats the same layout: a tax invoice heading and thank you line, table number, persons, date, time and server boxes, 15 lines for items, and separate food and beverages lines above a total including GST. The same red docket number appears on all four copies, and the book is a compact 165 x 95mm.

If three copies will do, the 15T uses the same size with 50 sets per book.

The Note Group do not publish a guide on this. Writing firmly with a ballpoint on a hard surface is the usual way to get a clear bottom copy on any multi part book.
Both are 165 x 95mm with 15 lines per docket. The 15Q gives four copies across 25 sets, the 15T three copies across 50 sets.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
