Zions 15D is a carbonless restaurant docket book holding 50 numbered sets in duplicate, each docket 165 x 95mm with 15 lines for the order.

Writing on the white top sheet marks the pale yellow sheet underneath without any loose carbon, so the floor keeps one copy and the kitchen or register gets the other. Zions number every set in sequence, and the sample shows the same red number on both sheets, which makes it simple to match a copy back to its order.

The docket is printed as a tax invoice. A knife, fork and wine glass graphic sits at the top beside a thank you line, then boxes for table number, persons, date, time and server. Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
