With two openings side by side, the X-Press It double metal sharpener handles a standard pencil and a thicker one from the same small block.

This X-Press It sharpener answers that with two holes in one metal body: the product photo shows a smaller and a visibly larger opening, each with its own screw-fixed blade, plus ridged ends for grip.
