This Gelly Roll Fine Point in Blue gives a clean mid blue stroke that many people prefer to black for notes, letters and study work.

Blue has long been the default colour for signatures and handwritten correspondence, and on lined paper it separates your writing from the printed rules. Sakura lists the Fine Point 06 at a 0.3 mm line width in its Gelly Roll brochure. The pen arrives capped, with the code 37322 and a barcode label printed on the frosted barrel above the Sakura and Japan markings.

It is a gel ink rollerball. Sakura's site calls Gelly Roll an archival quality gel ink in a rollerball pen, and the box of the metallic set calls the range a gel ink ballpoint pen.
Blue (37322) is the mid blue shown on Sakura's chart. Royal Blue (37328) is a deeper navy toned blue, so pick that one if you want something closer to a dark ink.
Sakura does not list a refill for the Gelly Roll Fine Point, so treat the pen as a complete unit and replace it when the blue runs out.
Sakura says Gelly Roll ink does not smear once dry. Give fresh lines a moment before closing a notebook or resting your hand on them, as with any gel pen.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
