Twelve Cotman watercolours in 8ml tubes

The Winsor & Newton Cotman Watercolour 12 Tube Collection, Winsor & Newton code 0390636, holds 12 tubes of 8ml Cotman watercolour, and Winsor & Newton says the set was previously named the 12 Tube Set.

Winsor & Newton lists the set as Lemon Yellow Hue, Cadmium Yellow Hue, Cadmium Red Pale Hue, Alizarin Crimson Hue, Dioxazine Purple, Ultramarine, Cerulean Blue Hue, Sap Green, Burnt Sienna, Burnt Umber, Ivory Black and Chinese White, and notes that actual contents may vary. Each tube is printed Series 1.

Winsor & Newton says the colours were curated to extend painting and mixing possibilities, and the list runs from yellows, reds and blues through a purple and a green to the earths, black and white. Winsor & Newton describes Cotman as affordable, with excellent tinting strength, and sells it in 40 colours.

Brushes, palettes and paper are sold separately, so the set can be matched to an existing kit. Browse watercolour paints, paint brushes, palettes and painting accessories and the Winsor & Newton range.
