A Six Pencil Starter Set For First Scribbles

Staedtler 140 C6 is the smallest Noris junior box: 6 chunky 3 in 1 pencils in assorted colours plus 1 sharpener.

Six is a sensible number for a toddler. Fewer pencils means fewer to lose, and the set covers the colours a young child reaches for first: yellow, peach, red, blue, green and van dyke brown. Peach is there for faces and brown for tree trunks, dogs and hair.

Like every Noris junior, each pencil does three jobs according to Staedtler: coloured pencil, wax crayon and watercolour pencil. Scribble dry on paper or card, go over dark paper for bold colour, or wet the drawing with a brush to soften it.

Staedtler size the pencil at about 9.5 mm hexagonal, made for small hands, with a super thick lead for extra high break resistance. The small box also suits a nappy bag, a cafe table or a grandparent's drawer.

Yes, one sharpener sized for the chunky pencils is in the box.
Yes, with help. Colour the page, then an adult or child brushes water over it and the colour softens into a wash. No brush is included in the six.
Staedtler say individual Noris junior pencils exist in up to 8 colours, but we sell the range in boxes of 6, 12 and 18.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
